Objective: Providing focused support to Bulgarian enterprises for applying for and protecting industrial property rights for inventions, utility models, trademarks, and industrial designs.
Budget: 23.99 million BGN
Eligible Applicants: SMEs and small mid-cap companies, traders under the Commercial Law or the Cooperatives Act.
Grant Size Per Project:
Minimum Grant Amount: 3,000 BGN
Maximum Grant Amount: 50,000 BGN
Funding Rate: 100%
Eligible Activities: Support for the protection of industrial property rights in enterprises at the national, European, and international levels.
Eligible Expenses: Protection of industrial property rights at the national, European, and international levels, including protection of patents for inventions, utility models, trademarks, and industrial designs.
