Program: National Plan for Innovation, Research, and Digitalization in Industry and Technologies
Objective: The procedure aims to support partnerships between micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) and scientific organizations or higher education institutions to enhance companies’ competitiveness and transform the challenges of the “green” transition into opportunities. The goal is to develop and implement green and digital products and processes through project realization.
Budget: 60.7 million BGN
Eligible Applicants:
Micro, small, and medium enterprises in collaboration with research organizations, higher education institutions, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Centers of Competence (CoCs), European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), and others.
Grant Size Per Project:
Minimum Grant Amount: 100,000 BGN
Maximum Grant Amount: 1,500,000 BGN
Funding Rate: Up to 80%
Eligible costs:
1. Personnel costs
2. Costs for tools and equipment (fixed tangible and intangible assets)
3. Costs for contracts for research, knowledge, and patents purchased or licensed from external sources, as well as consultancy services used for the project
4. Operational and overhead costs, including expenses for materials and consumables
